Job Summary:



As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the human resources field. Your role will involve supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, projects, and initiatives aimed at effectively managing and enhancing the organization's workforce. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Participate in initial screening processes and candidate assessments.

2. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

3. HR Administration: Maintain and update HR records and databases, including employee information, attendance, and leave records.

4. Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

5. Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes, feedback collection, and performance documentation.

6. HR Policy and Compliance: Help ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.

7. Training and Development: Aid in organizing training sessions and workshops, as well as tracking employee training progress.

8. Employee Relations: Support HR in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and ensure prompt resolution.

9. HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects, such as HR policy updates, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee surveys.

10. Data Analysis: Assist in compiling and analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:


Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about HR practices.

Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus but not mandatory.

Duration:


The HR Internship is expected to last for a specific period, typically 4 to 6 months, depending on the organization's needs and the intern's availability.
