We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Recruitment Intern
to assist our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various departments. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and is ideal for individuals aiming to build a career in Human Resources, especially in talent sourcing and hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Draft and post job openings on job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and panel members
Maintain candidate tracker and update interview status
Communication:
Reach out to candidates via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
Share interview details and follow up post-interview
Assist in sending offer letters and pre-joining formalities
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on hiring progress
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards or spreadsheets
Assist in maintaining talent pool for future openings
Eligibility & Skills:
Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or a related field
Good communication (verbal and written) in English and local language
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic recruitment tools
Eagerness to learn and handle a fast-paced work environment
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
