Objective:

We are looking to onboard a

Recruiter Intern

in the next

7 days

who can actively contribute to

end-to-end recruitment

- including

sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

high-quality candidates for various job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates from platforms like

BeepHire

,

Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, and LinkedIn

Screen resumes

and evaluate candidates based on job requirements Conduct

initial telephonic/video interviews

to assess communication and cultural fit Share

analytical feedback

and insights on candidate profiles and personality Maintain hiring trackers and coordinate with the internal team on hiring pipelines Take ownership of

closing roles within set timelines

Preferred Education & Skills:

BBA

or pursuing/completed

MBA/PGDM in HR

Good command of

English communication

Highly

presentable

, articulate, and confident during interviews Basic familiarity with recruitment tools & hiring platforms Knows how to

evaluate soft skills, motivations

, and overall fitment of candidates Comfortable making calls, setting up interviews, and handling basic coordination Willingness to

learn quickly

and be trained on recruitment techniques
