Position: Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will assist the HR department in various tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update HR documents, databases, and personnel files.

Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Help in performance management tracking and feedback collection.

Assist in payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking.

Draft HR letters (offer letters, internship letters, reliving letters, etc.).

Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive data.

Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:



MBA in HR (pursuing or recently completed).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing HR team.
