Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
HR Intern
to support daily HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR processes in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Maintain and update HR records and employee data
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
Help with attendance, timesheet, and leave tracking
Assist in drafting HR letters, documentation, and reports
Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
Interest in building a career in HR
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
