We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing and screening resumes for various roles
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
Help with the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain HR documents and update employee records
Support in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and communications
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations
Conduct research on HR best practices, tools, and trends
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and attention to detail

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
