What your role will entail:
Support in implementing recruitment strategy and drive the recruitment and selection process right from sourcing to hiring
Create a database of candidates and pipeline for potential candidates and
Maintaining various Recruitment dashboards
What you need for this Position:
Experience:
Candidates with minimum1 year of Recruitment experience are preferred. Fresh MBA HR graduates can also apply
Knowledge/Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in the use of the MS office toolkit
Ability to connect with Colleges/Institutes for talent sourcing
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree (Preferably in Human Resources)

Contract length: 8 months
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
