Job Title: HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. You'll work closely with our HR professionals and have the chance to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination. Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats. Help organize internal events, team-building activities, and training sessions. Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing HR reports, managing spreadsheets, and handling internal communication. Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and assist in updating internal documentation. Participate in various HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Recentlyy completed a Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology

, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
