Assist with he daily office task such as a filing, data entry, and documents management.
Support to Office staff and members in various department as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
participates in team meetings and take minutes when required.
Assist in preparing Reports, Presentations and other documents.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Experience:
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
