Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires, including seafarers.
Help in organizing training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
Work on HR policy compliance and record-keeping.
Coordinate with departments for attendance, leave management, and performance tracking.
Support crew documentation and certifications, where applicable.
