Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing and screening resumes
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Help maintain HR databases and records
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Support HR team in day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
