Key Responsibilities

Conduct comparative benchmarking studies on HR policies (e.g., leave, compensation, hybrid work, diversity) across industry peers Assist in drafting and revising internal HR policies aligned with labor laws and best practices Support audits of current policies to identify gaps and recommend enhancements Help prepare presentations and reports for leadership based on research findings Collaborate with various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
