Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team for a one-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR processes and workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding processes, including document collection and induction coordination.
Help maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Shadow the HR team in day-to-day functions and support administrative tasks.
Learn and contribute to internal communication and documentation.
Eligibility
Open to
Undergraduate students
pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Eager to learn and explore the HR field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
Comfortable with MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
