Job Responsibilities:
? Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling
interviews.
? Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
sessions.
? Managing HR Connect process for ensuring success of new joinees on completing of 1 Month, 3
Months, 6 Months and 1 year.
? Conduct research on HR related topics and gather information for reports and presentations.
? Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
? Assist with various HR projects and initiatives such as employee development plans with the
planning and execution of HR events and activities.
Qualification:
? Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
