Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling
interviews.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
sessions.
Managing HR Connect process for ensuring success of new joinees on completing of 1 Month, 3
Months, 6 Months and 1 year.
Conduct research on HR related topics and gather information for reports and presentations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with various HR projects and initiatives such as employee development plans with the
planning and execution of HR events and activities.
Qualification:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
