The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and administrative duties. This role involves working closely with all departments, especially the creative team, to ensure smooth internal operations and provide support in growing our in-house talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting job ads to onboarding new employees.
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Act as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Assist in preparing and implementing company policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Process payroll, including salary calculations, leave management, and benefits administration.
Ensure timely and accurate updates regarding any changes in payroll or employee benefits.
Assist with tracking employee performance and evaluations.
Handle day-to-day office administration, including managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office operations.
Assist in drafting contracts, business proposals, and other company documents.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company outings to promote a positive work culture.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in a creative or digital marketing environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with in-house creative teams or digital marketing agencies.
Previous experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
Ability to draft contracts and proposals.
