Job Title: HR Intern

Role Overview
As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written) will be crucial in managing recruitment data and engaging with potential hires.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Draft engaging job descriptions and post them on appropriate job boards.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
Support the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for recruitment and eagerness to learn about talent acquisition.
