Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates
Coordinate meeting schedules and appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
Draft, send, and respond to professional emails
Maintain HR documentation and candidate databases
Follow up with clients and candidates via email or phone
Support onboarding and induction processes
Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to planning
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of HR roles and responsibilities
Ability to draft professional emails and coordinate schedules
Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Prior internship or freelance experience in HR/Admin roles
Understanding of recruitment processes
