Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
Participate in candidate onboarding processes.
2. Employee Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions.
3. Employee Engagement:
Support in Interactive activities and gatherings.
4. Miscellaneous HR Tasks:
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Provide support for performance management processes and other HR initiatives.
Participate in learning opportunities related to various aspects of HR.
