Job Description

An HR intern will be responsible for administrative tasks in the HR department, including updating records, documentation, employee engagement. They will be assisting in updating employee database management, supporting HR policies and procedures, MI and dashboarding, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes Assist in benefits administration and other HR-related tasks Develop and implement HR projects and programs Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details Supporting HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events Any other tasks assigned by your LM or above from time to time.

Requirements and skills



Currently pursuing or completed education in HR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience with MS Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with HR software and systems (Power BI is a plus point) Full Time, Work from Office role
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ?7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
