About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive team member to support our Human Resources department with daily tasks and ongoing projects. You don't need to have an HR background -- if you've worked in a similar field and have strong communication skills in English, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support in maintaining accurate records & timely updation in Bob - HRIS system Prepare HR documents, reports, and letters. Help coordinate onboarding & offboarding process Address and record employee HR inquiries. Assist in planning & calendarizing engagement activities for all employees. Handle general administrative duties as needed.

Who you are:

Graduate, ideally with 1 years experience in HR or related domain Familiarity with HR processes and employee lifecycle. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute new ideas.
