About Us

We are a UK-based property group focused on student housing and co-living. We're hiring a Recruitment Intern to support our hiring operations. This is a hands-on internship not theory-based HR.

What You'll Work On

Posting jobs on LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, etc. Managing applications and maintaining trackers Scheduling interviews, sending reminders, collecting feedback Using Google Sheets or Airtable to track progress Coordinating with freelance recruiters and partners Assisting in onboarding interns or new hires Creating screening forms and short assessments

You Should Be Good At

Clear English (spoken and written) Gmail, Google Sheets, and basic online tools Following up without reminders Staying organised and proactive Taking ownership and delivering on time

Bonus If You Have

Experience with Airtable or Notion Familiarity with UK hiring or education Strong judgment about people quality
