We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports.
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate student in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
