Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment activities
(screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Support
employee onboarding and induction processes
Maintain and update
employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing
HR letters, reports, and documentation
Coordinate
probation reviews, confirmations, and appraisals
Support
attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
Assist in
employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Ensure
HR policy compliance
and confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in
HR, Management, or related field
Basic understanding of
HR concepts and processes
Good communication skills in
English and Malayalam
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
(Good to Have)
Diploma / Certification in
HR Management
Prior internship or exposure to HR operations
Familiarity with
HRMS tools
