Mandatory Qualification:
MBA (HR) - Pursuing or Completed
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
Support employee engagement and training activities.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
