We're looking for a proactive HR Intern who can support day-to-day HR operations and assist in recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and employee coordination. If you're someone who learns fast and can take responsibility without being micromanaged, this role will suit you.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
Maintain employee records and documentation
Support onboarding and induction activities
Coordinate with departments for HR requirements
Handle basic HR queries
Support HR team in daily tasks and ongoing projects
Requirements
MBA/BBA/Graduate in HR or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle tasks with accuracy and professionalism
Basic knowledge of HR functions is preferred
