We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern for a 2-month on-site internship. The role focuses on HR operations, public relations, and most importantly, connecting with colleges to organize orientation and engagement programs.
Upon successful completion of the internship and satisfactory performance, candidates may be considered for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with colleges and educational institutions for collaborations, orientations, and HR-related programs.
Organize and deliver orientation sessions, seminars, and presentations for students and new hires.
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, and maintaining documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement, public relations, and employer branding activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication skills (mandatory).
Ability to network with colleges and external stakeholders confidently.
Proactive, energetic, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
