Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Contribute to the onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees and interns.
Update and maintain employee data and HR systems accurately.
Help plan and coordinate internal employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist in preparing essential HR documents, including offer letters, internship certificates, and more.
Respond to routine queries related to company HR policies and processes.
Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or other field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A foundational understanding of HR principles and practices.
Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
