We are looking for an HR Intern to support the recruitment team in bulk hiring activities. The role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate data, following up on documents, and supporting onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling (telephonic / virtual / face-to-face)
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS on a daily basis
Follow up with candidates for documents, offer acceptance, and DOJ confirmation
Support bulk hiring drives and walk-in coordination
Communicate interview details, venue, and onboarding information to candidates
Assist in offer rollout coordination and onboarding support
Coordinate with internal teams and recruiters for smooth hiring process
Eligibility / Requirements:
Graduate /PG(HR preferred)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Willingness to work in a fast-paced bulk hiring environment
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Duration:
Internship duration: 3 to 6 months
