Position Overview

We are seeking a

proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern

to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the

end-to-end recruitment process

, sourcing strategies, and HR operations. Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to a

full-time role

within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the

full recruitment life cycle

--from sourcing to onboarding. Identify and engage candidates through

job portals, social media, and professional networks

. Coordinate and schedule

interviews

between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate

candidate databases

and assist in preparing recruitment reports. Support various

HR initiatives

and contribute to team projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Human Resource Management or related field. Strong

communication and interpersonal

skills. Excellent

organizational and time management

abilities. Proficient in

MS Office tools

(Excel, Word, Outlook).
