Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with HR policies, compliance documentation, and reports
Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement activities
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed
MBA in Human Resources
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
