- HR Intern



We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Intern

to support our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth joining experience. Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases. Draft employee letters and manage HR-related correspondence. Assist in attendance monitoring and leave management. Support payroll processes by assisting with attendance regularization and employee queries within the specified TAT. Assist in PF and ESI registration for new joiners. Support the execution of the performance appraisal process. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and workshops. Assist in employee exit formalities and documentation. Prepare HR reports and assist in data analysis. Provide administrative support to the HR team and coordinate with Accounts, Admin, and other departments for smooth organizational functioning.

Requirements:



MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).

Good communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes. Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preference will be given to male candidates residing in Kochi.
