Key Responsibilities
Digitization of employee files and HR documents
Data entry and migration into HRMS / Excel trackers
Organizing and maintaining digital employee records
Supporting HR documentation, SOPs, and process mapping
Assisting in onboarding documentation and verification
Coordinating with internal teams for data collection
Maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
