About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing

HR Intern

who is passionate about people, culture, and

. This role focuses on organizing employee engagement activities, supporting HR operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Events

Plan and manage

monthly get-togethers

, festive events. Coordinate and anchor

public meetings, team activities

, and HR sessions. Confidently handle

stage presentations and internal functions.

Drive employee participation and boost team morale through creative initiatives. Support event-related communication and logistics.

Core HR Support

Assist in

recruitment

- resume screening, interview scheduling Support new hire

onboarding and orientation

Maintain and update

employee data and attendance records

Help manage leave tracking, HR documentation, and daily HR queries Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations

Who Can Apply:

Students or recent graduates in

HR, Business Administration, or related fields

Strong

presentation and communication skills

Comfortable with

public speaking and handling team events

Energetic, proactive, and people-friendly Well-organized with attention to detail

Immediate joiners are highly preferred
