Onboarding & Offboarding:
Managing the hiring process for new employees, conducting orientation, and facilitating exit interviews.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Ensuring timely pay, managing health insurance, and administering bonuses or incentives.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Resolving conflicts, advising on labor laws, and ensuring adherence to safety and anti-discrimination regulations.
Performance Management:
Organizing periodic performance appraisals and facilitating promotions.
Training & Development:
Identifying skill gaps and organizing training programs to upskill employees.
HR Policy & Records Maintenance:
Developing company guidelines, updating policies, and maintaining employee files.
Need to know the knowledge in computer ( Tech Savy).
