to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities (resume screening, interview coordination)
Support employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
Support HR policies, letters, and reports
Coordinate employee communication and engagement activities
Assist with compliance-related documentation (ESI, PF, etc.)
Eligibility & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
