Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
Help coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Draft HR documents such as offer letters and contracts
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Handle confidential information with integrity
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
