Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment & talent sourcing
(LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
Screen resumes and coordinate
interview schedules
Maintain and update
candidate & employee databases
Support
onboarding and documentation
process
Assist in
employee engagement activities
Help in HR reports, attendance tracking, and basic HR operations
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA Any relevant degree (HR preferred)
Basic understanding of
HR processes & recruitment
Good communication skills (English; regional language is a plus)
Familiarity with
MS Excel, Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Positive attitude and professional behavior
