Role

Overview

The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, gaining exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and employee communication. This internship is designed to provide practical learning opportunities and prepare you for a career in HR.

Key

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms. Support recruitment efforts: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Help prepare and maintain HR documentation (offer letters, onboarding materials, employee records). Participate in onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Assist in tracking HR metrics and maintaining databases. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including events, reminders, and communications. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn HR tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
