Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed HR specialization (MBA preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
