The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions while supporting ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update HR databases, records, and personnel files.
Support onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Help in drafting HR-related communication, letters, and memos.
Conduct preliminary research for HR projects and policy development.
Manage attendance, leave records, and related HR reports.
Provide administrative support to the HR team for daily operations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
