Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment & candidate screening
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring team
Maintain employee records and documentation
Support daily HR operations
Assist in onboarding & induction activities
Handle job posting, tracking applications, follow-ups
Requirements
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Freshers are welcome to apply
Qualification: MBA in HR
Stipend: 5000/-
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Marine Drive, Ernakulam
Certification will be provided after the program.
