Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR and administrative functions of our organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to various areas of HR, and based on performance, there will be an opportunity for a full-time placement after the internship.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment activities including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Support onboarding processes such as induction and orientation of new employees. Help maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and basic payroll-related tasks. Provide administrative support in documentation and daily office operations. Help in implementing company policies and HR initiatives. Assist in organizing employee training and monitoring performance-related data. Support simple financial and office coordination tasks when needed.

Requirements:



MBA or graduate student in HR or related field. Good communication and organization skills. Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
