We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment activities, employee engagement, documentation, and learn the fundamentals of HR management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities including document collection, orientation, and induction sessions.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and presentations.
Support payroll and attendance tracking (as needed).
Help maintain HR compliance and documentation.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct feedback surveys and prepare summary reports.
Learning & Development
Coordinate training sessions and track attendance.
Support HR team in creating training materials and documentation.
General Support
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
