We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building a strong career in HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and placement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings across job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Support placement-related activities
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation
Maintain employee records and HR files
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Support payroll preparation tasks (attendance tracking, timesheet follow-up, etc.)
Help organize training sessions and workshops
Requirements
Pursuing or completed BBA , MBA ,MSW
Degree with completed HRM Diploma are also welcome
Support placement activities and maintain placement records
Assist in conducting placement drives and coordinating with students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Basic understanding of HR functions is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
