We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and other HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience and exposure to various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate with candidates and employees for documentation and follow-ups.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR letters, and internal communication.
Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
Help with payroll-related documentation and attendance tracking (if required).
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Assist in policy formation and HR process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
