The intern will work closely with the HR team on recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Help with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support
Support HR events like celebrations, employee activities, and engagement programs
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and MIS
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
Qualifications
Recent graduates or students pursuing
HR, MBA, BBA, B.Com, or related fields
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
