About the Role



We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern

to join our recruitment team and assist in the end-to-end hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidate engagement over the phone.

Key Responsibilities



Assist the HR team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates from various platforms. Conduct

initial telephonic screening calls

with potential candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and interview trackers. Support HR operations and other administrative tasks as required. Provide a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates. Basic understanding of the recruitment process. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools. Energetic, organized, and eager to learn.
