About Networkz Systems:



Networkz Systems is a leading IT training institute dedicated to providing industry-focused technical education. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding procedures and help maintain employee and candidate records.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and attendance sheets.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal training programs.
Maintain and update HR trackers, databases, and documentation.
Provide administrative and HR support as needed.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Eligibility:



Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or related fields.
Freshers passionate about HR are encouraged to apply.

Stipend:



6,000 per month
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
