Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Help with onboarding and offboarding formalities.
Create, File, and organize HR & admin documents.
Assist in employee communication and documentation.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities
Assist with facility management and maintenance coordination.
Maintain inventory records for office assets and supplies.
Visit branch offices (if needed) for HR/admin coordination or event support.
Who Can Apply?

Education:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment..
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Languages: Malayalam, English & Hindi (Required).
Male candidates (Proffered).
Driving Licence(Required).
