Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Intern

to join our team. The intern will assist in various human resource functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the HR field and develop a strong foundation for a future HR career.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees and interns. Maintain and update employee databases and HR records. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Support performance management and attendance tracking processes. Help prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries. Perform any additional HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:



Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR functions and processes. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
